World-Class Fishing On Houston County Lake
A 1330-acre spring-fed lake in the hills of east Texas, Houston County Lake is known as a fisherman’s paradise and the most likely place to land a record bass! Bring your boats, kayaks, boards, and poles, and plan to spend several hours on the water.
About The Lake
At about 60% fishing and 40% usable by recreational boats, our property offers the only beach and private boat ramp for accessing the great waters of Houston County Lake! There is a public ramp available at the dam.
Rarely crowded, you’ll find space to claim as your own, as you navigate the calm waters and undeveloped coves. Enjoy a more remote location at the east end of the lake, with excellent opportunities for photography where wildlife is plentiful. While you will need a boat, kayak, or canoe to explore this area, you’ll find that the beautiful primitive natural state more than makes up for the extra effort.
